ZUMBA & *ZUMBA FUSION

Zumba® Fitness fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Zumba® participants achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning and body-energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms are combined to sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

* ZUMBA FUSION consists of 30 minutes of higher intensity Zumba and 30 minutes of total-body conditioning.

 
 

CARDIO FUSION & CARDIO KICK

All of our cardio classes are infused with cardio and toning exercises and are high energy, yet easy to follow. Classes are designed to give participants one full hour of cardio, strength, core, and sculpting. We use a variety of equipment including hand weights and resistance tubing. Every class is different in order to achieve the maximum challenge and balance for your body.

 
 

INSANITY LIVE

Shaun T's Insanity program is being taught LIVE at Studio Fusion. Transform your body, push yourself to your limits, get into shape in record time with MAX INTERVAL TRAINING. You'll perform long bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by shorter periods of rest. You can burn up to 1,000 calories per workout. Classes will be held every Sunday...ONLY $10 per class (no extra charge to existing members). So if you're ready for a fitness challenge and want to get in the best shape of your life, join us for this class and help us kick-off this program.

 
 
 

PiYo

We’re excited about adding a new fitness program to our studio. PiYo is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga designed to increase your core strength and flexibility and reshape your entire body.

Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo ... PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Barre Fusion is a fun and innovative, ballet & Pilates inspired workout designed to tone and sculpt all major muscle groups and reshape your body while increasing flexibility and improving balance. POWER FUSION


Join us for this high-energy, power-boosting Boot Camp style workout. It’s designed to kick-start your metabolism and bring you to a whole new level of fitness. Modifications are given for each exercise so anyone can participate.
