Joyce Musacchia is the founder of Studio Fusion. She has been in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. She is a licensed Zumba Instructor and Independent Team Beachbody Coach. Joyce also has a background in dance and has brought fitness and dance together at Studio Fusion.

Her love of fitness and helping women prompted Joyce to open her first ladies-only gym in January 2004. There, she has helped countless women achieve their health and fitness goals. Joyce continues to be a role model in the community for women of all ages and fitness levels. She believes that personalized attention and motivation is the key for their success and she brings that with her to all of her members.

 
 
 

Tracy Freno is a certified fitness instructor who has been teaching group fitness classes for 27 years and holds instructor certifications in a variety of disciplines:

  • Certified with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in Group Fitness and Step Fitness
  • Certified with Mad Dogg Athletics in Spin
  • Certified with ESA (Exer-Safety Association) in Prenatal Exercise

Tracy has taught at many different health clubs, gyms and fitness studios throughout New York City (five locations of NYHRC - New York Health & Racquet Club) and upstate New York as well as throughout Central New Jersey. In addition to her CardioKick, Step and Barre classes here at Studio Fusion, Tracy has also run the fitness program for Old Bridge Township Parks & Recreation Department for the last 15 years. She teaches Spin, Step and PowerAbs classes at the Old Bridge YMCA and is an instructor at New York Sports Clubs and Powerhouse Gym. She also taught fitness classes for St. Ambrose for many years.

Tracy has been a dancer her entire life and has been teaching ballet, tap, and jazz to young children for 16 years in addition to teaching Cheerleading classes.

Kim Goodhartz has been in fitness for 20 years as a competitive gymnast and all-star cheerleader and has been a freelance Personal Trainer since 2007.

She is a Graduate Student at Monmouth University, Clinical Psychology (Eating Disorders & Nutrition) and has a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University in Clinical Psychology.

Kim is currently studying for her Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Certification.
