Macrostructure:
The wire rod we process is free of piping, burst,
excessive segregation, dendritic structure, pitting and porosity
that would affect the integrity of the wire.
Microstructure:
Material is annealed in gas atmosphere furnaces utilizing sophisticated
time and temperature controls. The result is wire that has a completely
spheroidized, fine grain microstructure and will perform consistenely as
it is cold-worked.
